The coveted Army-Navy E award was presented on March 29, 1944, to the Collegiate Manufacturing Company for their high achievement in the production of raincoats for the Armed Forces. Shown from left are Major Merritt Pratt, ISC President Charles E. Friley, Mayor Hollis Manning, Chev Adams, Elizabeth Coons, A. W. Littlefield, Edward Eberhardt and naval officer Louis Miller.
