This 1965 photo shows the Henry's Hamburgers sign and site on Lincoln Way in Ames. Henry's was an early fast-food reastaurant on the south side at 524 Lincoln Way. Fifteen, and later, twenty-cent hamburgers made Henry's a very popular spot. Also visible is Mayfair Cleaners at 508 Lincoln Way, Phillips 66, and R.E.I. Real Estate. (Farwell T.
